While every contest was exciting during the 2018 Flirt of the Year competition, one that’s always a nail-biter is the Regional Contest. While the headlining Overall Flirt of the Year competition is judged by a cam girl’s year-long performance, the regionals are decided by a sexy, knock-down, drag-out 3-month battle between the hottest women from all over the world.
